OFFER AGREEMENT

This agreement is an official and public offer of the Seller to conclude a contract for the sale of Goods presented on the website http://sapunova.com.ua. This agreement is public, meaning that, in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are the same for all buyers, regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, or sole proprietor).

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Public offer – an offer by the Seller to conclude a sales contract with an indefinite number of persons.
1.2. Buyer – an individual or legal entity that accepts the terms of this agreement by placing an order.
1.3. Goods – the object of the agreement between the parties, selected by the Buyer from the Seller via the online store.
1.4. Online store – the Seller’s website at http://sapunova.com.ua.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Seller transfers ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer pays for and accepts the Goods under the terms of this agreement.

3. ORDER PLACEMENT
3.1. The Buyer places an order through the website or by phone as listed on the website.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if the Buyer provides incorrect or incomplete information.

4. PRICE AND DELIVERY
4.1. The price of the Goods is listed on the website.
4.2. Delivery is carried out by courier services at the carrier’s rates.

5. RETURN POLICY
5.1. The Buyer may return the Goods within 14 days of receipt if they have not been used.
