Privacy Policy
General Provisions
This personal data processing policy is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data by Sole Proprietor Sapunova Svitlana Andriivna, RNOKPP – 2881204546 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
The Operator considers compliance with human and citizen rights and freedoms in processing their personal data as its primary goal and condition, particularly protecting the right to privacy, personal and family secrets.
This Policy on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website http://sapunova.com.ua (and all subdomains).
Basic Terms Used in the Policy
Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computing technology;
Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of personal data processing (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
Website – a set of graphic and information materials, as well as database programs that ensure their availability on the Internet at the network addresses http://sapunova.com.ua (and all subdomains);
Personal data information system – a set of personal data contained in databases and ensuring their processing through information technology and technical means;
Depersonalization of personal data – actions that make it impossible to determine the affiliation of personal data to a specific user or other personal data subject without additional information;
Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without them with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, usage, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal or natural person that independently or jointly with others organizes and (or) carries out personal data processing, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
Personal data – any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific or identifiable User of the website http://sapunova.com.ua;
User – any visitor to the website http://sapunova.com.ua;
Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons;
Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited number of persons with personal data, including publishing personal data in mass media, placing it in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;
Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign country, a foreign state authority, a foreign natural or legal person;
Destruction of personal data – any actions that result in the irrevocable destruction of personal data with the impossibility of further recovery of personal data content in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which material carriers of personal data are destroyed.
The Operator may process the following User personal data:
Surname, first name, patronymic;
Email address;
Phone number;
Delivery address of goods;
User's place of residence.
The above data are further referred to in this Policy as Personal Data.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending emails; to conclude, execute, and terminate civil contracts; and to provide the User with access to services, information, and/or materials contained on the website.
The Operator is also entitled to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending an email to the Operator at sapunova.svetlana78@gmail.com with the note "Opt-out of notifications about new products and services and special offers."
Anonymized User data collected via internet statistics services are used to collect information about User actions on the website, improve the quality of the website, and its content.
Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

By filling out the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.
The Operator processes anonymized User data if it is allowed in the User’s browser settings (enabled storage of cookies and JavaScript technology usage).
Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation on personal data protection.
The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with current legislation.
If inaccuracies in personal data are detected, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address sapunova.svetlana78@gmail.com with the note "Update of personal data."
The duration of personal data processing is unlimited. The User can revoke their consent to personal data processing at any time by sending an email notification to the Operator at sapunova.svetlana78@gmail.com with the note "Revocation of consent to personal data processing."
Cross-border Transfer of Personal Data
Before starting a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country to which personal data is intended to be transferred provides reliable protection of personal data subjects’ rights.
Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign countries that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out if there is written consent from the personal data subject for the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or in the execution of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

Any changes to the personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced with a new version.
