Returns and Exchanges

We do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with your order, but if something does not suit you, within 14 days of receipt you can return the order or make a replacement for the size or model.

How to return the product correctly:

• Inform the manager about your desire to return or exchange the order, indicating the reason for the return on the return form.

• Fill out the Buyer's Return form carefully. It is important to fill out all items.

• Before sending, please make sure that the product is clean, has its original appearance and contains all tags. If the item is in an unsaleable condition, we will not be able to refund its cost and will send it back to you.

• Pack the item with a return form and invoice.

• Ship via Nova Poshta or UKRPOSHTA transport company

• As soon as we receive and check the return, make sure that all return rules are followed, we will refund you the purchase price within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the return.

• If the payment was made by you with a bank card or from the Nova Poshta application, the refund can be made exclusively to the same details
